Refunds 2026

If you have a remaining balance on your wristband, you can request a refund after the festival.

You can submit your request from Tuesday, April 28, at 8:00 AM until Friday, May 8, at 11:59 PM.

You must provide details for a Mexican bank account that can receive international transfers. Refund requests are limited to a maximum of 3 wristbands per bank account.

* No transaction fee.
* Only valid for domestic bank accounts.
