Below we share the series of practices, rules and indications that are mandatory for all those who want to attend and be part of Akamba. We are aware of how our conduct affects others and we must always act with respect for our own integrity, the collective experience and with respect for the laws:

ACCESS

The event is limited to those over 18 years of age. All attendees are required to carry an official ID to enter the event.

Food and beverages are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

No objects or substances from the “prohibited objects and substances” list are allowed. All attendees will be screened by the security team at the entrance of the event.

The event organizers reserve the right to prohibit the entry or expel from the premises of persons whose state of inebriation or alteration of any kind may endanger the order or safety of the event and its attendees.

Any valuables brought into the event are the responsibility of their owner. Event staff will not be responsible for the loss or disappearance of any lost item.

Participants must follow the directions of security, lifeguards and accredited production personnel at all times. These people are there to have a safe and enjoyable event.

Once you leave the event, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

USE OF FACILITIES

It is the obligation of all attendees to keep the grounds clean and to deposit garbage in the common trash cans. It is recommended to bring small garbage bags or portable containers where garbage can be accumulated before depositing it in the common garbage cans.

It is strictly forbidden to intervene or damage Akamba’s permanent installations, as well as artistic and production facilities. Anyone caught damaging the property will be expelled from the premises.

All attendees declare that they are aware of and assume the risks involved in the use of the facilities of the building, and therefore, users must assume the medical expenses incurred due to negligence or non-observance of these regulations.

Attendees who are harmed by misuse of the facilities of the building during the event, will be personally responsible for the damages, harm and results that are caused.

All local, state and federal laws apply to event participants. Any violation of the law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The sale and purchase of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any violator will be expelled from the event and subjected to the corresponding judicial process.

HARASSMENT

Treat everyone with respect, all attendees have the right to enjoy Akamba in a safe, fun and fear-free environment.

Akamba has a ZERO tolerance policy for sexual harassment and sexist behavior, applied to all attendees, staff, contracted companies, workers, performers and anyone associated with the event.

Any type of discrimination, abuse or aggression based on gender, sexuality, race or other grounds is not permitted.

There is no possible justification for harassment, Akamba will resort to the necessary legal means at its disposal to deal with this type of behavior.

Remember that consent is NOT valid if given under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Anyone who experiences, suffers or witnesses any type of sexual abuse, sexist or discriminatory behavior can report it immediately to the nearest security personnel. Don’t be silent, silence is an accomplice.

LEGAL AND LEGAL

  • 1 individual ticket with access only to the Silver Backstage and General area of the Festival.
  • Periquera located on the main stage with a consumption of $8,500 in beverages.

Transportation Service Regulations:

The safety and well-being of our passengers are our highest priority. Consequently, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to the transportation units, both on the outward and return journeys to Akamba, to any person attempting to board under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances. This measure is adopted in order to avoid behavior that may be inappropriate, violent, aggressive, or in any way compromise the safety or integrity of other passengers, unit personnel or third parties. Likewise, it is strictly forbidden to enter the transportation units with food and beverages, weapons of any kind, or objects that may endanger the safety of the attendees.

Limitation of Liability for Transportation Clause

The transportation service is provided by third parties unrelated to THE COMPANY, the user accepts and acknowledges that THE COMPANY is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns, tire damage, battery failure, or any other technical or mechanical mishap that may occur during the trip. In the event of any of these situations, THE COMPANY shall be responsible only for providing substitute transportation, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, road accidents, road closures, or any event affecting the safety or continuity of the trip.

The delivery and receipt of this contract implies the acceptance of the following clauses:
FIRST. – Vehicles abandoned after service hours will be kept in the parking lot, causing a daily charge of $1,000.00 (ONE THOUSAND MEXICAN PESOS 00/100 M.N.).
SECOND. – THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Valuables left in the vehicle. Keep your belongings.
  • Fires caused by deficient electrical installations or carburetor failure.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical defects not attributable to your personnel due to worn or worn parts.
  • Losses caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, popular disturbances or any other event not attributable to “Yo te Llevo”.
  • Total theft of the vehicle.
THIRD. The service provider disclaims any criminal, civil, labor or any other liability when the vehicle is irregular or reported stolen.
FOURTH. We are not responsible for foreign cars (total theft or auto parts) even if they are legalized. If you do not agree, request your vehicle.
FIFTH. Vehicles improperly parked, blocking or obstructing, will be removed with a tow truck and will have a penalty of $2,000.00 (two thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.).
SIXTH. If the user of the service does not agree with the above clauses, please request your car. Once the vehicle has been delivered to your satisfaction, the following will not be accepted claims
IMPORTANT: the parking ticket does not cover your vehicle, since you have the keys to it, this service only includes the parking space.

 

PAYMENT IN MONTHS WITHOUT INTEREST

  1. General

This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the interest free months (MSI) payment method for the purchase of tickets through Passline. By making a purchase under this modality, the user automatically accepts these terms and conditions.

  1. Available Modalities

Passline offers the possibility of making payments in 3 months without interest, subject to availability according to each event and the conditions established by the organizers. This modality applies only to selected events, whose diffusion and choice is at the discretion of Passline and the event organizers.

  1. Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum and maximum amounts to access the interest free months modality vary depending on each event. These conditions will be established and communicated on the purchase page of the corresponding event.

  1. Vigencias

The availability of payment in months without interest will be subject to a period of validity determined for each event. This period will be informed on the event page and may be modified without prior notice.

  1. Service Charge Increase

When selecting the interest-free months option, the service charge may be increased due to the associated financial costs. This increase will be reflected before confirming the purchase and it will be the user’s responsibility to accept the additional costs.

  1. Credit Cards Accepted

The credit cards eligible for payment in months without interest will be subject to the acceptance of the system and/or the payment gateway used by Passline. In case a card is not accepted, the user must choose another available payment method or contact soporte@passline.mx.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing a purchase using the interest-free months, the user automatically accepts these terms and conditions, as well as the general policies of purchase and use of the Passline platform.
